Pizza Pizza

So this fat kid made “Egg-Crusted Pizza” a few weeks ago, and tonight I made “Cauliflower-Crusted Pizza” and they were both delicious. I didn’t notice a big difference in taste or texture to either crust so I said to myself “fat kid, which pizza is better for me if they both taste the same”?
Egg-Crusted Pizza

Carbs: 10.4g
Protein: 24.5g
Cauliflower-Crusted Pizza
Cals: 427.0
Fat: 18.3g
Sodium: 1816.8mg
Carbs: 21.3g
Protein: 48.3g
Clearly from a nutrition standpoint the egg crusted pizza is the better choice for this fat kid. The crust on the cauliflower pizza was a bit thicker and had a cheesy taste to it but it wasn’t enough for me to consider the extra calories/fat/carbs and have it again.
This fat kid gives the Egg-Crusted Pizza – two fat thumbs up.
WOW – you could have 2 egg crusted pizzas for almost the same cals as the cauliflower one!? That is quite the difference!
